1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Velocity Valet website (“Site”) or booking services with Velocity Valet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

Velocity Valet provides valet parking and related event services. Service details, availability, and pricing may vary depending on event type, location, and scope.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure services.

  • Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Payments must be made by the agreed-upon due date.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be specified in your booking agreement.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the Company’s discretion and based on the terms agreed upon at booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details (location, timing, expected volume, etc.)

  • Ensure a safe and lawful environment for valet operations

  • Inform guests of valet procedures when applicable

6. Vehicle Condition & Personal Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are in safe operating condition.

  • Velocity Valet is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles.

  • Velocity Valet is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles, including but not limited to cash, electronics, or valuables.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Velocity Valet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for any claim related to services shall be limited to the amount paid for those services.

  • Certain risks are inherent in valet services, and by using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Damage Claims

  • Any claims for vehicle damage must be reported immediately at the time of service or within 24 hours.

  • Claims must include documentation (photos, description, and relevant details).

  • Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Velocity Valet reserves the right to refuse service in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Illegal activity

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward staff

10. Website Use

By using our Site, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or interfere with the Site’s functionality

  • Not to copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission

  • That all content, branding, and materials are the property of Velocity Valet

11. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Any personal information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with that policy.

12. Changes to Terms

Velocity Valet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
